"My first time using this company. My gas boiler wouldn't stay on no heat. I checked super pages and called NBGas couldn't believe how fast Tech called me in minutes and promised to get heat back on tonight. He even called back after a couple hours to let me know that I was next and would be at my house in about 10 to 15 minutes. When he showed up He was clean courteous and very professional. More than I expected based on former experiences. He was honest and informative fixed it and had it running in 20-30 minutes. He never took advantage and didn't try to sell anything that wasn't needed just to run up the bill. Also explained everything and didn't waste any time. AAA +++ service I will recommend to anybody in need of service and friends too. "

"I would like to take this moment to endorse a stellar organization in the heating repair industry had the misfortune of having another company do the work on my furnace which resulted in an inoperable unit, and fraudulent services resulting in no recourse. I had the opportunity of a plumbing specialist recommend the New Bedford gas service co. and took a chance. The owner and CEO a licensed heating tech came out to troubleshoot the problem, in 20 minutes time he diagnosed the problem and then rewired, reconnected the unit to factory spec......Steve impressed me as a competent, motivated young professional running his company with excellent qualifications and knowledge to repair these units at a reasonable price point. (he was a power plant engineer, worked for Nstar, and was a firefighter. if you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable expert to get your unit running that day in the cold; look no more."

"This was my first use of New Bedford Gas Service and I was very satisfied. I called early in the morning and explained that I had no heat on the second floor. I spoke to a human being who contacted the service tech. He called me back within minutes. I explained the issue and he said he would be at my home later that day. He arrived about 4PM and wasted no time. He listened carefully to what I told him and very soon had the problem pegged and fixed. The price, considering I had no contract was reasonable. Everything that was done was explained to me as it was done. I would not hesitate in using this company again."
